- Help build processes and systems as the company scales
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for tattoo culture and a strong understanding of the industry
- AI-first mindset: you use AI tools daily and are always exploring new ones
- Proven experience in your area of expertise (tell us what that is!)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you see problems as opportunities
